The Child Care Subsidy is changing. Here’s what it means for your family in 2026.
From 5 January 2026, the Australian Government’s new 3 Day Guarantee will give CCS-eligible families at least 72 hours of subsidised early learning per fortnight. That’s usually three days a week at long day care.
We’ve put together a simple guide that explains:
✨ What the new rules are
✨ How the changes affect your CCS hours
✨ What this means for your fees and weekly routine
✨ How Woodville Alliance ELC supports your child’s learning, safety and wellbeing

🌟 Day One at Canley Vale Hub! 🌟
We had a great first day at our brand-new Canley Vale Hub!
Participants spent the morning exploring the spacious outdoor areas, trying out the four activity rooms, and taking a sneak peek at the sensory room. Most importantly, there were plenty of smiles as everyone caught up with friends and their familiar disability support workers.
It’s been a joyful start in a welcoming, fit for purpose space designed to give our participants more room to learn, connect and have fun.
We’re already looking forward to tomorrow!

🎄 Spreading Christmas Cheer in Our Community 🎁
Today, Woodville Alliance was proud to take part once again in the Lord Mayor’s Christmas Appeal hosted by Fairfield City’s Mayor, Frank Carbone.
Each year, our teams come together to collect gifts, toys, food and festive treats — all generously donated to bring a little extra joy to families doing it tough across Western Sydney.
This morning’s gathering brought together local organisations, community leaders and dedicated volunteers, all united in one purpose: ensuring every family feels supported and remembered at Christmas. We were honoured to receive a Certificate of Appreciation on behalf of our community and to stand alongside so many partners who share our commitment to kindness and connection.
A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to this year’s collection. Your generosity will go directly to the families we support — helping make this season brighter, warmer and filled with hope.

Good news for families!
From 5 January 2026, the Australian Government is introducing a new minimum Childcare Subsidy entitlement of 3 days per week (72 hours per fortnight). This change means more consistent access to early learning, greater support for working families, and more stability for children in their routines.
At Woodville Alliance Early Learning, we believe every child deserves a safe, nurturing and culturally rich place to grow, learn and belong. This update makes it easier for families to plan ahead and give their children the benefit of high-quality early education.
If you’re considering early learning for your child next year, we currently have places available for 2026 enrolments. Contact us to learn more or secure your spot.
We’d love to welcome your family. 🌿✨
