What Our Disability Hubs Are All About

At Woodville Alliance, we believe disability support should be flexible, personalised and grounded in the community. That’s why we’ve created welcoming hubs across Bonnyrigg, Canley Vale and Chester Hill. Each hub is designed to help you build independence, form connections and take part in meaningful, everyday activities.

Our Bonnyrigg and Canley Vale hubs are newly developed and offer a vibrant mix of group programs, weekend activities and outreach support. They are modern, inclusive hubs where people of all abilities are supported to pursue their goals in a way that suits them.

Our Bonnyrigg Hub

A vibrant and welcoming space in the heart of Bonnyrigg.

Our Bonnyrigg Hub offers a wide range of disability support programs focused on social participation, skill development and everyday independence. This hub is also home to our Life Essentials program, which supports learning across road transport and safety, money management, relationships, community access and more.

A modern and expansive community hub for connection, learning and socialisation.

Located in the vibrant suburb of Canley Vale close to shopping and transport, this hub provides a safe and inclusive environment where participants can build friendships, explore interests and take part in meaningful activities.

A convenient, friendly hub for community access and skill building

Chester Hill Hub provides an ideal hub for people looking for group, community-based activities, and community access. Whether it be exercise, painting, cooking, outings to parks, sports and dining. Close to the convenience of Chester Hill shops and station.

Our friendly, trained staff

At Woodville Alliance, you’ll be supported by friendly and reliable staff who understand your needs. Every team member is trained in Certificate III in Individual Support and has completed all mandatory NDIS training, so you can feel confident and safe in every interaction. Our team also reflects the cultural diversity of our community, with staff who speak Vietnamese, Chinese, Greek and Arabic.

Our Hub Coordinators are here to make sure every participant feels supported, respected and welcome. They’ll help you settle in, guide you through our programs, and ensure your experience at the hub aligns with your goals and interests.

Heidi Rash

Service Coordinator Bonnyrigg

Heidi joined Woodville Alliance in 2025, and brings over eight years of experience working in the disability sector. She is passionate about supporting participants to achieve their individual goals, promoting choice and control, and fostering a strong sense of inclusion and belonging.

Outside of her professional role, Heidi enjoys cooking, participating in sport, spending time at the beach, and being a devoted mother to her two sons.

Isaac Akromah

Service Coordinator Canley Vale

Isaac has been with Woodville Alliance for nearly five years and brings a warm, energetic spirit to everything he does. Known for his love of music and the outdoors, he’s always finding new ways to connect with participants and make them feel part of the Canley Vale community. Living locally, he’s proud to see how the hub brings people together and supports them to achieve their goals.

Service Coordinator Chester Hill

Ma Hla Wut Hmon has 14 years of experience with Woodville Alliance and is always ready to share a friendly smile. She loves creating activities that bring out the best in each person and working closely with families to help everyone feel at home. She believes that listening and learning from others keeps the Chester Hill Hub lively and supportive every day.

Yes. Our staff are trained to support participants with a range of needs, including those requiring higher levels of assistance. We’ll work with you and your support network to ensure your experience is safe, appropriate and empowering. We’ll provide additional staff training where appropriate.

Yes, we’re happy to talk with you about your options and help arrange accessible travel where possible.

Our hub programs can be funded through NDIS Core Supports, Capacity Building, and School Leaver Employment Supports. If you’re unsure how your plan applies, our team can help you understand your options.

Our hubs are designed to support people 16 year and up with disability, including young people transitioning from school. Some group activities may be more suitable for certain age groups, and we’ll work with you to find the right fit.

Yes. All our hubs are wheelchair accessible and include accessible bathrooms and changerooms, open-plan spaces and quiet rooms.

Absolutely. We welcome new participants to visit, meet the team and experience our hubs to see if it feels like the right fit.
