Together, we deliver impactful programs

Delivering developmentally appropriate, dynamic evidence-based and informed group programs that can be tailored to the specific needs of young people.

Implement An Inclusive Strategy To Create An Environment With Clearly Defined Behavioural Expectations

We see group programs are a platform to open dialogue between young people about certain issues as well as to provide them with skills and abilities to further their resilience in managing life’s challenges and in particular engagement in school. There is no ‘one size fits all’ model when working with young people from diverse groups. Jon our partner schools below, let’s deliver programs that shape the future.

Students Love It, Parents Love It and Your Teachers Will Too

“Woodville Alliance is very friendly. I always feel connected with what my daughter is doing at the service and how we can achieve outcomes for her. We work together on difficult days and I know I can talk to them with any concerns.” - Parent
“Woodville Alliance support coordinators work independently. I feel they have my child’s best interest at heart and support me in connecting me to local services and helping me with planning, including NDIS reporting.” – Parent
“I love coming to Woodville Alliance. I have friends here and we have fun, it’s never boring.” Participant
“It has been an amazing experience with Woodville; I could not have ever imagined that our son could live away from home independently on his own. He’s so much happier. Thank you, Woodville.” Parent
“My children are looked after by passionate educators who love what they are doing. They have met my child’s needs, and the environment is fantastic. All educators in the centre know my child well, even if they are not caring for his room and are not directly responsible for his care-great team.” - Parent
“I noticed one student, in particular, become more confident during the group sessions. This student initially did not participate much in the discussion and would not offer to suggest ideas or rhythms for the drums. As each session progressed, I noticed this student became more independent and confident in her ideas and participation in the group. There was less hesitation before each drumming exercise and an increased willingness to go first.” - Primary school counsellor
“My family have been struggling for two years with school refusal. Since working with Woodville Alliance, we’ve made small steps but those small steps have made massive positive changes in our lives. I never knew how many services and so much help there was out there until Woodville Alliance came on board. My husband and I are so happy and see change in our daughter and us.” - Parent
“There was no way I was going to miss out on a holiday to Canberra. I liked pretty much everything – visiting Parliament House, War Memorial and all of Canberra city. I also enjoyed spending time with friends and stay in a nice accommodation.” Client
“I was very happy when Woodville asked me and my husband to join in the interview for the recruitment of a disability support worker for Mary. My Mary is a very happy and active person. It was important to match her with the right worker. She enjoys activities like writing, piano, dancing and going to the gym. She has also completed volunteered work and a few work experiences arranged by Woodville.” Parent
“Wendy is my clever girl. She enjoys maths and puzzles like ‘finding a word’. She has a very special connection with many of the staff at Woodville – it’s her happy place! And she is always excited to go to Woodville.” Parent
“I really appreciate the care and effort Woodville provides my young adult daughter Sarah. The staff at Woodville talks to me often and together we have been able to provide Sarah with the right level of support. Sarah is a very bright girl and she enjoys many interests at Woodville.” Parent
“The educators and the environment are amazing. My daughter was hard to settle in the beginning, but because of what they did she loves school now. We tried many other services but she only settled in this childcare and have many friends now. We like to refer it to our family and friends.” Parent
“Our daughter goes to the childcare centre with a smile on her face each time. She has learned so much thanks to all the educators. The staff is so incredible and professional and always easy to talk to. Our daughter amazes us so much since she has started at the centre. We are very grateful to all the educators who help her growing.” Parent
“The team is so good and always teaching different things to our children. Every time my children go to the childcare they came back with new learning stuff and surprise us. We are very happy with the service they provide for our family.” Parent
“Love the staff they are so nice with us and each one of them cares and has passion for what they are doing. My son love going to school.” Parent
“I am planning to enroll my one-year-old child next year and would recommend this Carramar child care for all my family and friends.” Parent

“Childcare was needed, and the older siblings used to attend the service and had very good learning. When they moved to school they were ready for the big school and well-equipped with the skills needed for the new learning stage.” Parent
