Last night, members of the Woodville Alliance team were privileged to attend the ZEST Awards at Accor Stadium, joining community leaders, organisations and changemakers from across Western Sydney in celebrating the people who make our communities stronger every day.
The ZEST Awards recognise the often unseen but incredibly important contributions of individuals, volunteers, community groups and organisations working to create positive change across our region.

It was an inspiring evening filled with stories of compassion, resilience, leadership and community spirit. We were reminded of the extraordinary impact that can be achieved when people come together with a shared commitment to supporting others.

Congratulations to all finalists, nominees and award recipients. Thank you to the Western Sydney Community Forum for hosting such a meaningful event and for shining a light on the unsung heroes who make Western Sydney a more connected, inclusive and vibrant place.

Preparing for employ

The NDIS is changing — and for many participants and families, that can feel confusing, overwhelming and sometimes worrying.

With new planning arrangements, funding rules and review processes being introduced across 2026, many people are asking the same questions:
❓ What do these changes mean for me?
❓ Will my current supports change?
❓ How can I prepare for my next plan review?

At Woodville Alliance, we believe people deserve clear information and practical support, not jargon and uncertainty.

Our latest blog explains the key changes in plain language and provides practical tips to help participants, families and carers prepare with confidence.

Whatever changes lie ahead, our team is here to help you understand your options, advocate for your needs and navigate the NDIS with confidence.
